Speech and Steveie

Got back from Gulfstream about 3 and ran through my powerpoint for speech. Since powerpoint is for powerpc mac not intel it would lag between every slide. Powerpoint lagging, I really hate that program. So I downloade Keynote (mac powerpoint), works amazing. It was able to recreate my powerpoint in 30 mins.

Today we had to present our professional speeches for speech class. Being I slept 4 hours forgot my DVI to VGA and didn’t present. But the other presentations where ridiculous. The best one: this photography chick did this long speech on how her work is all emotional and not for other people she takes photos for herself. And it had all this deep shit, stuff right out of Art School Confidential stereotypical art school bull shit. She also went on how at high school people use to make fun of her for her work so she doesn’t like to talk about it. At the end my friend Josh is like that is all bull shit you need to be proud of your stuff. She is like I am and Josh comes back with no you are not your whole speech is on how you don’t like to talk about it. Generally a really good class just cause of that.

During the last speech this dudes cell goes off and he had the ping island lighting strike rescue op song so that made it really good too.
