On the way back from class this black dude on his bike cut off traffic. The bike he was riding has this mess of handle bars so he could sit upright and bike. Then I noticed between the handle bars was a portable dvd player mounted and playing a movie. That kinda stuff is done in cars all the time but a bike is outrageous.
